Here’s how we get started:

1. Initiate Contact: Begin by submitting a general inquiry via “Contact Us” or booking a Free Phone or Zoom Consultation with our team.

2. Recommendation: Following our discussion, we provide recommendations on the next steps tailored to your project’s needs. This may involve an on-site meeting, feasibility study with a comprehensive report, or direct entry into a contract for design, engineering, and permitting.

3. Design Criteria Meeting: Once we’ve entered into a customer design agreement, we schedule a design-criteria meeting, either in person or via Zoom.

4. Conceptual Planning: We start drafting a conceptual floor plan and site plan, requiring a property survey if one is unavailable.

5. Collaboration: You receive conceptual plans via email for review. Feel free to reply with your approval, revision requests, or book a meeting with your dedicated design lead.

5. Electrical Layout: After receiving your approval or revision requests, we draft an electrical layout plan, including fixtures, switches, outlets, and more.

6. Material Selection: We tailor a materials specifications Google Sheet, engage in a Zoom meeting to discuss material selections, and consult with you on the build’s selections.

7. Final Drafting: Exterior elevations, cabinet elevations, roof plans, plumbing plans, and the finalized site plan are drafted, with your review and approval.

8. Permitting and Beyond: We complete permit files and construction documents, collaborating with engineering partners for tasks such as Geo-Tech Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Septic Engineering, and more.

9. Contract and Construction: You receive a Hard-Cost Contract for E-Signature, inclusive of price, draw schedule, contract terms, material specification sheet in PDF format, and plans. We provide allowances for finishing materials, accounting for any deviations from the allowances in your final payment.
